Thank you for exploring my website. 🌿 I hope it helps you to get to know me better and my offerings. It is difficult to put my passion and personality into words. I love personal connection. I have a deep passion for health and wellness. I love educating and helping people. My personal experiences combined with my education make my Health Coaching & Shine Mentorship program very special. I have an extensive amount of experience helping people on the journey of self discovery & feeling better. I have walked side by side helping them overcome their deepest struggles and pain. These struggles have included health issues, weight issues, alcohol/ drug addiction, grief work, relationships and and how to be true to yourself.

Having felt different as I grew up. I struggled emotionally and in relationships. In my teens I struggled with an eating disorder, alcoholism, drug addiction & very unhealthy relationships. Luckily I overcame these addictions and I got sober & healthy.

This inner journey of healing included working with a spiritual advisor/mentor and a counselor. I began an educational journey studying nutrition, psychology and counseling and received a B.S. degree in Human Development and Family studies. Pursuing a masters degree in Marriage and Family counseling I then began studying and practicing holistic wellness practices.

I was brought to tears and anger after learning the depths of our sickness in this country. Chemicals in our food and their lack of nutrients is one of the biggest reasons this country is so sick. I felt so powerless and knew I had to do something more.

Studying under Zach Bush MD, I was given more education and insight on food, nutrition, farming and over all health. Finding Purium, a mission driven company, was a huge blessing. I am a very proud wellness advocate for Purium, an organic nutrition program. Through an Organic lifestyle I can help you with your gut health, weight, energy an so so much more.
